This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by CKM (Mortgages) Limited.

Information collected will generally comprise personal information from you such as your address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, details of authorised signatories, tax file numbers and bank account details.  It may, on occasion be necessary to obtain other details relating to powers of attorney or for probate and estate administration.

Information will not be released about you or your accounts without prior written consent unless we are required or authorised by law to release information.

Information held about you or your accounts will not be sold to any other company, individual, or group.  No information will be provided to research companies.

In order to provide some investor services, such as administrating your account and mailing your annual distribution statement, we may provide information to our service providers.  This information will only be used for the purpose of providing the service.  The only relevant service provider associated with CKM (Mortgages) Limited is our accountant Millar Partners.

We are also obliged to collect and store, and may be obliged to disclose, personal information under legislation including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.

Obtaining and correcting information

You may request access to any personal information we hold about you.  If it is incorrect, we will correct it at your request.
